Harayana government employees,pensioner and dependents 3.Patients receving handicap allowance from Harayana government. 4.patients belonging to schedule caste category of Haryana 5.Patients belonging to economically weaker section of Harayana. 6.Unattended victims of road side accident. 7. Poor patients who do not belong to any free category.
